    Yi embarked on his real estate investment journey by leveraging house hacking to acquire his first home in 2008.


    Over the course of the following decade and through numerous projects, he has evolved into a seasoned real estate investor, with a particular passion for residential rental property investments.


    His unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and love for real estate investing ultimately drove him to establish Z Investments Inc.
